Dr.
Michael E. Suden, DDS
Dr.
Suden grew up in Los Angeles, California. He attended Santa
Monica City College and the University of California at Los Angeles
(UCLA). He proceeded to St. Louis University School of Dentistry
graduating in 1966 with numerous awards. From 1966-1968 Dr. Suden was
a captain in the United States Army serving one year at Ft. Gordon,
Georgia and one year in Vietnam as a dental officer. Upon his
honorable discharge from active duty in 1968, he began his residency
in Oral Surgery at St. Luke's/ Roosevelt Hospital which is associated
with Columbia University in New York City. He returned to St. Louis in
1971 to teach at Washington University. He instructed in office
emergencies, various modalities of pain control, and assisted in the
Oral Surgery Clinic as an Associate Professor. Dr. Suden is a
board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and is licensed to
practice in Missouri. He was part of the oral and maxillofacial
residency program at Mercy. He is known for
his easy-going nature with his patients and his ability to put most
people at ease. In addition, Dr. Suden is bilingual, fluent in both
English and Spanish.
