Welcome to the Oral Facial Surgery Institute & Implant Center in St. Louis, Missouri. We represent the leading-edge in our area of medical and dental care in terms of technology, expertise, and client satisfaction.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons are dental specialists who treat conditions of the teeth, mouth, jaws and face. The specialty encompasses diagnosis, surgical and related management of disease, injury and defect of both the functional and aesthetic aspects of the oral and maxillofacial regions including preventive, reconstructive and emergency care. Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital-based surgical, medical and anesthesia training after the completion of undergraduate work and dental school. With specialized knowledge in pain control and advanced training in anesthesia, the oral and maxillofacial surgeon is able to provide quality care with maximum patient comfort and safety in an office setting.

The surgeons of our 21-year-old practice frequently perform oral surgical procedures such as wisdom-tooth removal, bone grafting, and dental implant placement. They are nationally and internationally recognized experts, receiving referrals throughout the United States for the treatment of complex surgical cases such as temporomandibular joint surgery, facial cosmetic surgery, the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant pathology, corrective jaw surgery, and microsurgical nerve repair.

Dr. Michael Noble, Oral Facial Surgery Institute and Implant Center -  Implants are one of the most significant breakthroughs in dentistry in the last 50 years, revolutionizing how we treat patients with missing teeth. They stimulate bone the same way tooth roots do, preserving oral and cosmetic health. Fixed bridgework to replace a missing tooth involves grinding down and crowning adjacent teeth to support the artificial tooth. But an implant is more natural and doesn’t harm the adjacent teeth.
